The Rev. Dr. Jules Erickson serves as Senior Pastor, and has been with All Saints since 2003. Her ministry is focused on helping people live healthy, happy, non-anxious, and well-balanced lives. She enjoys laughing, preaching, teaching, Crossfit, good food, and people of every age (especially giggly babies). Pastor Jules and her beloved, Beth, live in Hastings with three bouncing Goldendoodle dogs.
Pastor Jim Borgschatz currently serves as Interim Associate Pastor. He was the founding pastor of Easter Lutheran Church in Eagan, where he served for 38 years. After 5 years of adventurous retirement, Pastor Jim has stepped back into ministry to serve our church through preaching and pastoral care. Pastor Jim is married to Jan, who has taught some classes at All Saints on writing and sharing faith, and the couple enjoys regularly visiting their three grandchildren.
Eileen Johnson, Office Manager
Eileen handles daily room reservations, weekly bulletins, the monthly newsletter, and continuous upkeep to help our church stay organized. She enjoys spending time with her husband Dave and their three dogs, Shadow, Chaco, and Milo. Their family enjoys mini-roadtrips to uncommon restaurants and diners.
Leah Kaeppe, Interim Children's Minister
Leah manages children's programming, including Seeds of Faith, Vacation Bible School, and the Christmas Pageant. She wears colorful novelty socks and an even brighter attitude.
Maddy Burbank, Youth & Communications Minister
Maddy's three main areas of responsibility include youth programming, church communications, and church mission. She leads confirmation class for middle-schoolers, manages the new church website, and plans fun events for young people in 6th grade through high school and beyond. Maddy loves creative writing, learning from public radio, watching anime with her younger sisters, and exploring outdoors with her whole family.
Shawn Krech, Custodian
Shawn keeps the building neat and clean. Whether crumbs were scattered at breakfast between services or kids got overexcited during arts & crafts, she brings back fresh order.
Joan Axdal, Prayer Chain Leader
Joan leads the Prayer Chain, receiving and sharing confidential requests to join people in prayers for their families, friends, and neighbors. She enjoys time with her family, singing with the choir, reading mysteries, and watching sunrises. Joan and her husband Steve live in Cottage Grove, caring for two cats and two dogs.
Cooper has been on staff as a Pet Partner Therapy dog since 2008. He is a Goldendoodle who lives to bring joy to All Saints and beyond. He enjoys visiting nursing homes and snacking on bacon treats.
